Vulkaponic

Vulkaponic is an eco-friendly growing medium built for semi-hydroculture, a modified planting technique. The mineral substrate blends pumice and high-quality zeolite granules, suited to tropicals, palms, cacti, succulents, and orchids.

Mined from underground, Vulkaponic is relatively lightweight while holding more than 30% water storage capacity by volume and more than 35% air pore volume by volume, along with a high nutrient storage capacity.

During watering, the substrate absorbs all the water in the cycle, so none remains standing in the pot. Roots then draw moisture from the substrate gradually, keeping an excellent moisture balance and strong root aeration that supports plant health and growth.
